Questions before you start
Do my clients need to download anything?
No. They book on your booking page in any browser and confirm with a code sent to their phone or email. Reminders reach them as a text or an email.
How do reminders work?
Every client gets one the day before their appointment, and another two hours before if you turn it on. It's a text when they have a mobile number and an email otherwise; if a text can't be delivered, the email goes instead. A moved appointment is reminded again.
Can clients reply to a reminder?
Yes. Replies to a text land in that client's thread in your inbox, and you can text them back from there.
Can my team use it?
